Travel, valet or parking fees will be passed on at cost and must be covered by the client or bridal party.

CANCELLATION POLICY – APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS

48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel any appointment.

Cancellations under 48 hours – deposit may be forfeited.

Cancellations under 24 hours – 50% of the booked service will be invoiced immediately.

No-shows or same-day cancellations – 100% fee applies.

This policy applies to all bookings including studio services, weddings, on-location, commercial and production work. Due to limited availability, this policy is strictly enforced.
